The U S Naval Academy has a requirement to purchase the following: Clin 0001 – PCTRAN Nuclear System Simulation Software that can simulate a variety of accident and transient conditions for nuclear power plants. It must operate on an IBM PC or compatible at a speed faster than real-time. Must have a high resolution color mimic of the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) and containment displays the status of important parameters and allows simulation of operator actions by interactive control. 1 Each. Clin 0002 – Shipping. 1 Lot. This solicitation shall close on Monday 22 March 2004, at 3:30 PM local time.
