- Description
- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends on procuring services for hotel facilities at Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $6M. A single award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Commercial Item and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be iss ued. Request for Quotation number N00604-04-T-A408 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20 and Defense Change Notice 20040223. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for CLIN 0001, Hotel Facilities in accordance with Facility Requirements, which must be downloaded at www.neco.navy.mil. FOB Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii. Delivery date: 10-21 June 2004. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror—Commercial; and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, apply to this requirement. Offeror shall submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 with its offer. The following FAR clauses apply to the requirement: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditio ns Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order—Commercial Items. The following clauses under FAR 52.212-5 apply to this requirement: FAR 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era and Other Eligible Veterans; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era and Other Eligible Veterans; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer—Central Contractor Registration; and FAR 52.247-64, Preference for Privately Owned U.S.-Flag Commercial Vessels. The Government plans to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation.
