- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. The Government has a requirement for modified commercial items. The Government requires Unmanned Aerial Targets with Associated Hardware and Services. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract is anticipated. It is anticipated that the Government will procure a minimum of 50 Targets. The contract maximum will not exceed $5,000,000 and the contract ordering period will not exceed five years. It is anticipated that evaluation will be based on price and past performance with both being equally important. A single award will be made. Items to be manufactured to meet Government specifications. Services to be performed to meet all Statement of Work requirements. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS Classification is 336411 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. FAR Part 12 is applicable. The solicitation will be available on or about 26 March 2004 via the Internet at the NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Homepage at http://www.crane.navy.mil and will close on or about 16 April 2004.
