- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; proposals are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number is M00681-04-T-0130 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310 and the Business Size Standard is $6 million. This requirement is for combined a fixed price contract and a requirement contract to provide monthly, semi-annual, annual Preventive Maintenance, Inspection Services (PMIS) and repair services for various types of odor scrubbers located in various location at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Any contract awarded as a result of this so licitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, 30 March 2004. Offers sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to the Regional Contracting Office, SW, P.O. Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92051-1609. Express Should be sent to Regional Contracting Office, SW, Bldg. 22180, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. All offers not sent through the U.S. Postal Service will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried offers must be delivered to Building 22180, Regional Contracting Office, SW, Camp Pendleton, CA. Direct delivery of offers is only possible during weekdays, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Offers may also be submitted via facsimile number (760) 725-8445 or (760) 725-434 6, Attn: Pok-Su Determan. This procurement is prepared utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award date is anticipated to be made on/about 6 April 2004.
