- Description
- This synopsis is for construction and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 14. Solicitation number FA4600-04-B-0005 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This project consists of repairing, and updating an existing elevator cab and updating the existing elevator mechanical room. Some demolition of existing structure is required. The project involves one elevator for three floors and will require new electrical, mechanical, and interior finishes. The performance period for this project is 90 days. This solicitation is to be competed on a full and open basis. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated close date of 30 Mar 04. A written solicitation will be available on this website on or about 31 Mar 04; however, specifications and drawings will not be available via this website. To obtain a copy of the specifications and drawings, vendors must provide a written request to be included on the Bidders Mailing List to Billy Wineinger. Contractors are advised to monitor this website for any updates and/or changes. All potential bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.2004-7004 prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register prior to submitting a bid. The contactor shall also ensure their CCR reflects the NAICS Code indicated for this solicitation. No partial bids will be considered.
