Description

NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC CLASS 5120, WRENCHES, PLIERS, SCREWDRIVERS 6FEP-N2-030280-N. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of July 1, 2004 thru June 30, 2006 with three one-year options. Requirements are for thirty-eight (38) miscellaneous hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN’s are part of the GSA’s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
