(Total of 2500 sq. ft.) The deck will be of poured concrete with an exposed or washed aggregate surface. The deck will cover two adjacent areas: an existing slate deck and a prepared surface at ground level adjacent to it. The work will be performed under a single contract estimated to be >25K and <$100K
