NSN: 6625-01-364-4477, P/N: 29315200, PRON AX3L0118AX , NOUN: Adapter Kit, Test, Quantity: 15 each plus 1 years 100% option total quantity= 45 each, applicable to Aviation Sets Kits. The required delivery is 15 each 180 days after contract award. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Th is item is sole source to: Smith Industries Aerospace and Defense Systems Incorporate/SIADS/ Signal Processing Systems Division, Clearwater, FL 33762, Cage 1G3P5. This item has been identified as Critical Safety Item (CSI). The data needed to acquire th is part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and c an produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
