- Description
- Solicitation SP0600-03-R-0103 for COCO Storage Services are required in the area of Houston, Texas beginning February 1, 2004. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary services and facilities to receive and store one grade of government-owned petroleum product, Jet Petroleum Thermally Stable (JPTS) aviation turbine fuel. The resultant contract will be for a performance period of five years (multi-year). The contractor will also be required to load the product for transportation via ocean tanker, railcar, tank trucks, and inter-modal containers. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 11-MAR-2004.
