- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment services and supervision for the construction of a 3 APS Cargo Equipment Storage Facility. Building size to be approximately 8,640 square feet, consisting of reinforced concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, CMU walls with architecturally compatible exterior finish, standing seam metal roof, two 12 feet wide roll up doors, fire detection/suppression and all necessary and required work associated with this project. No interior walls, heating or air condition is required. This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 million. The period of performance will be 210 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Posting of the solicitation package will be on/about 29 March 2004. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative that interested parties review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database or their proposal will not be considered. Contractors can obtain further information on the CCR at website http://www.ccr.gov.
