Description: SOLICITATION CANCELLATION: Solicitation 519809-04-A-0001 issued on Jan. 22, 2004 is being canceled at this time. The requested requirements were too restrictive and none of the submittals met the minimal requirements. It will be reissued within the next week with revised requirements and evaluation factors. Those firms that submitted pre-qualifications packages for the above solicitation will have to resubmit the entire package for the new solicitation (519809-04-A-0002). All firms that requested packages for this solicitation will automatically be sent the new solicitation pre-qualification package.
