- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Medimmune Inc., Frederick, MD, on a sole source basis, for the following product: 118 KG of fraction IV-4 paste produced from 5 lots of plasma. Purification process was jointly developed between the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and Medimmune Inc. for an on-going study. This procurement shall be under other and full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 Only one responsible source and no other s upplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote.
