- UNRESTRICTED - The solicitation document will be available on or about April 5, 2004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consist of constructing a new Jackson Barricade, reconfiguring existing intersection of Highway 125 and C road, and demolish existing facility on Highway 125 at the Savannah River Site (SRS) near Jackson, SC. Project will include new paving and stripping, new entry plaza consisting of new administration building, toll stations, and security barriers und er new weather canopy, new inspection stations also under new weather canopy, and all supporting utilities and appurtenances. The estimated value of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must register on the website below in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of the bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments.
