- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment services and supervision for the construction of a 3APS Cargo Equipment Storage Facility. Building size to be approximately 8,640 square feet, consisting of reinforced concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, CMU walls with architecturally compatible exterior finish, standing seam metal roof, two 12? wide roll up doors, fire detection/suppression and all necessary and required work associated with this project. No interior walls, heating or air condition is required. This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 million. The period of performance will be 210 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being considered for a HUBZone set-aside. If your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, you must provide ALL of the following information to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) days after the publication of this notice: (a) SBA Certification of HUBZone eligibility; (b) a positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. Please submit this information within ten (10) days after the publication of this notice or the solicitation will be issued unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database or their proposal will not be considered.
