- Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate/Power Division (AFRL/PRP) issues Amendment 02 to BAA 03-05-PRK for the purpose of incorporating various clarifications to the previously published solicitation and to incorporate information concerning Item Identification and Valuation (DFARS Clause 252.211-7003). You are also advised that Synopsis Modification 02 posted on 26 August 2003 incorrectly identifies the associated Solicitation Amendment as Amendment 02 in the Description section and is hereby corrected to read Amendment 01.
