- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project JCGU 99-5000, Construct a School Age Program Facility at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. The work includes all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire prevention/alarm, communication system, and all other necessary support to provide a complete and useable facility in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 236220, size standard $28.5 million. The anticipated performance period is 384 days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Proposal will be O/A 02 Apr 04. The site visit will be O/A 19 Apr 04, and Proposal Due date O/A 04 May 04, the exact dates will be included in the RFP when posted to FBO. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The project is predominantly funded with non-appropriated funds. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
