- A firm-fixed price contract award will be contemplated. This procurement will be conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336999. The size standard is 500 employees. Description of CLIN 0001 - Gasoline Utilitruck w/ miscellaneous options, E-Z dump box MFR: Columbia Parcar P/N: GU4 or equal CLIN 0002 ? Gasoline Utilitruck w/ miscellaneous options, 74? wheelbase MFR: Columbia Parcar P/N: GU4 or equal CLIN 0003 ? Burden Carrier w/ 9000 lb capacity and miscellaneous options MFR: Columbia Parcar P/N: BC3 or equal. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 11 March 2004 at the website www.eps.gov. (Or, This notice is being issued concurrently with the solicitation). Paper copies will not be available. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR registration center at 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to Lauren.devin@holloman.af.mil or fax to 505-572-7333 which shall be considered by the agency if received no later then 19 March 2004 at 3:00 pm mountain time. All responsible sources must submit the SF 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ), including the FAR Clause 52.212-3, ?Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items,? which shall be considered by the agency.
