- NSN 3439-01-355-6007, Soldering Iron, Gas. Approved sources: Snap-On Tools Corp CAGE 55719, P/N YA10 and Cooper Industries Inc CAGE 96508, P/N P-1B. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 251. Requested delivery is 39 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 760 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 380 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 24, 2004.
