- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a small business set-aside sole source delivery order to Operation Research Consultants, Inc.,1736 South Park Courts, Suite 201 Chesapeake, VA 23320. We intend to procure nCipher Gold technical support maintenance for all nCipher products residing on the Public Key Infrastucture architecture. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition procedures and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a March 18 2004. See Note 22.
