- Description
- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure electrical equipment and supplies for the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-04-Q-1606 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of supplies is required between the dates of 16 August 2004 through 30 September 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and in written solicitation will not be issued. This is a full and open competitive procurement. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAIC Code is 334413 and SIC Code is 3699. It is requested that qualified sources are capable of providing the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001, (1 Each) Powerlite Prec. II Model 9020: Q-switched Nd: YAG, 20 Hz, 1800 mJ @ 1064 nm; CLIN 0002 (1 Each) DS-1, TS: 2nd (Type 1) and 3rd Harmonic Generators for Powerlite Series; provides reduced energy at 532nm; CLIN 0003 (1 Each) WSP-2; Wavelength Separation for 2nd and 3rd Harmonic outputs; CLIN 0004 (1 Each) SI-500; Injection seeder fro SLM operation of Powerlite Series lasers, 0.003 cm-1. Harmonic output may be reduced when unseeded; CLIN 0005 (1 Each) Sunlite EX: BBO Type I OPO, tenability of 445-1750 nm; linewidths of <0.075 cm-1. Includes PC Control and separation dichroics; CLIN 0006 (1 Each) FX-1: Frequency doubling option for Sunlite EX OPO. Tunability from 222.5 to 450 nm in one crystal stage; includes wavelength separation; CLIN 0007 (1 Each) S-20: 20 Hz option for Sunlite EX; CLIN 0008 (1 Each) Shipping. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
