- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-04-T-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar 01-19. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code is 423610. CLIN 0001: LEVITON PB103-SGF or exact equal Temporary Power GFCI. Quantity of 35 each. CLIN 0002: LEVITON PB103 (KUS) A9519 or exact equal T emporary Power Cord, Length 100 feet with 50 amperes and connection. Quantity of 35 each. CLIN 0003: Hubble Connector CS6364C or exact equal. Body current rating 50 amperes voltage rating 125/250 VAC, number of poles is 3, number of wires is 4, Color: Blac k/White. Quantity of 105 each. CLIN 0004: 50 foot cord, heavy duty conductor gauge 6/4 maximum voltage 600, maximum current rating 45 AMPS nominal outside diameter 1.090 inches. Quantity of 105 each. All parts on all CLINS must be compatible with each othe r. All quotes containing exact equals, must state the part numbers/manufacturers they are quoting one. If vendor quote does not contain this information, the vendor quote will be considered non-responsive. All items should be shipped to USPFO-NE Supply Center, 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524 thirty days after receipt of the purchase order. All shipping charges are to be included in the pricing of each item and not as a separate line item. This RFQ is destination pricing only.
