- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL). The GFDL site consists of a main building, a computer addition and two glass-enclosed covered ramps connecting the two buildings. The total work area covered by the specifications is approximately 63,200 square feet. Period of Performance will be May 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. Interested parties are encouraged to attend an on-site visit to be held at the GFDL, Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., reservations are required, contact Jim Byrne (609)452-6506. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation is attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement. Hard copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Award will be made on or about April 8, 2004. Numbered Note 1 applies.
