- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, Para. B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a competitive sourcing study of the provision of Human Resources services. Government Agency: Department of the Treasury, United States Mint, Office of Human Resources. Location: Headquarters HR, Washington, DC; HR Field Sites located in San Francisco, California,; Denver, Colorado,; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and West Point, New York. Type of Competition: A-76 Standard. Activity Being Competed: Office of Human Resources. Incumbent Service Provider: Federal Government Employees, Number of government personnel performing the activity: 68. Name of CSO: Jesus Delgado-Jenkins. Name of the Contracting Officer: Renea Morton. Name of the ATO: Michael Green. Projected End Date of the Competition: September 30, 2004. Note: In accordance with 31 U.S.C., no provisions of law governing procurement or public contracts are applicable to the procurement of goods and services necessary for carrying out Mint programs and operations.
