- Description
- The U.S. House of Representatives, Chief Administrative Office (CAO), is conducting a Sources Sought for information purposes only, (this is not a Request for Quotation). This request for information does not commit the Government to pay any cost incurred in preparation of any submission to this Sources Sought Notice or to a contract for services. The CAO is interested in identifying sources capable of developing an organizational-wide business process improvement training course based on an internally-developed business process improvement methodology. The interested parties must have business process improvement experience, course development experience, as well as the ability to identify potential BPI software tools suitable for meeting internal needs. The CAO is contemplating using the course to roll-out a train-the-trainer program throughout the organization. Interested parties may submit their capabilities to analyst, Ronnie Vinson, at his e-mail address: Ronnie.Vinson@mail.house.gov. The vendor capabilities documentation shall include information pertaining to the vendor’s experience in business process improvement, process mapping, business process improvement course development, and process mapping tool software identification. Vendors shall also include their GSA schedule number and expiration date in the response. All responses must be submitted electronically by not later than March 19, 2004.
