- This Sources Sought is not a request for a formal proposal. This notice seeks to identify certified 8(a) Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Small Business Concerns. A market survey is being conducted to determine the sizes and types of businesses eligible for the following proposed acquisition. Provide two (2) NiCad Battery Systems that meet the following requirements. 125VDC, 80 AH, with a discharge rate of 176 Amps at 15 Min, 131Amps at 30 minutes, 72.8 Amps at 60 minutes and 15.8 Amps at 5 hours. Provide two-step battery rack for each system. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. RESPONDENTS WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THE RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MUST ARRIVE ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.
