Description

DESC: Campground Maintenance. The Three Rivers Ranger District on the Colville National Forest requires various campground maintenance services. The services will be located in Ferry and Stevens Counties, Washington State. The Government is currently estimating approximately 4 campgrounds which includes 59 campsites and 11 toilet buildings. The campgrounds are Pierrie Lake, Lake Ellen, Canyon Creek, and Sherman Overlook. The services include, but not limited to: cleaning fire rings, wiping down tables, cleaning toilet buildings and visible trash pickup within all parking areas and ten feet of tables, fire rings and toilet buildings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools and transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. There may be multiple awards. The contract(s) will be a Fixed Price contract and an estimated Quantity. Task orders will be issued when sites are ready. The contract period of performance is from date of award through September 10, 2004. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) and Commercial Items rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about March 29, 2004. Quotes are estimated to be due April 19, 2004. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS code is 561720, size standard is $14.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
