- Description
- The purpose of this modification to the original presolicitation notice is to state that all requests for copies of the solicitation drawings must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345 as access to the drawings is subject to the Arms Control Act (see note 8 for further information). In addition, the anticipated repsonse date has been changed to 4 Apr 04 to allow time for mailing of drawings. Note 8 applies.
