- Description
- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18b. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (1) copy of RealSite software and (11) copies of InReality Viewer software, plus annual maintenance on both. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items pertain. Additionally the FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items pertain. Offers may be telefaxed to 301-669-5905 to the attention of Imy Niemiec prior to close-of-business 15 March 2004. No telephone calls will be accepted. E-mails that provide data not pertinent to this acquisition will not be acknowledged.
