- MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS POSTED ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2003, AND SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATION POSTED ON OCTOBER 7 , 2003, for solicitation number GS-07P-03-URC-1060, Full Maintenance Services at Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Building, 312 N. Main Street, Victoria, TX, and Federal Building/Courthouse, 1133 North Shoreline, Corpus Christi, TX. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about October 22, 2003, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of December 9, 2003. A pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be conducted at the site on November 25, 2003. The walk-through will begin at 10:00 a.m. starting at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Building, 312 N. Main Street, Victoria, TX, and finish at the Federal Building/Courthouse 1133 North Shoreline, Corpus Christi, TX. The pre-proposal conference will be conducted immediately after the walk-through at the building in Corpus Christi, TX. Travel from Victoria, TX, to Corpus Christi, TX, is approximately 1 ½ hours. Attendees will break for lunch after touring the building in Victoria, TX. The walk-through of the building in Corpus Christi, TX, will commence at approximately 1:30 p.m. Walk-throughs and pre-proposal meeting should conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2003. Effective November 14, 2003, NAICS code for this solicitation will be changed to 561210, Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard for this classification will be $30 million. This change is made in accordance with the final rule posted in Volume 68, No. 199, pages 59309 through 59315 of the Federal Register dated October 15, 2003.
