Description: This is a notice of the Governments' intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Intuitive Surgical, Inc. for the annual maintenance and service, calibration, on-call remedial maintenance, provide and install software, hardware, and other mechanical upg rades, as needed parts and service for one Da Vinci Surgical Robotic System located at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20307, solicitation number W91YTZ-04-T-0035. The period of performance is 1 April 2004 through 31 Ma rch 2005 with 4 option years. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award. Interested parties shall provide detailed information on the proposed service which clearly meet the requir ements stated above.
