- This acquisition is for procurement of a complete Duet Encompass System with Colorectal Arm and Pelvic Floor Module for Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12-Acquisition of C ommercial Items. This procurement is unrestricted and all quotations submitted by responsible sources will be considered. Solicitation W81K00-04-T-0216 will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about March 11, 2004.
