Description

The United States Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) plans to acquire a Transformer Assembly, Delta-Wye, U/W AN/ASM-146, NSN: 5950-01-318-8011, under a Hub-Zone Competitive, a Firm Fixed Price, four (4) year Indefinite/Delivery Indefinite /Quantity, Flexible Long Term (IDIQ/FLTC) type contract. The contract will consist of an initial quantity of 102 ea in the base year, with the government reserving the right to order up to 204 ea. Additionally, the government may order 90 ea per year over the next three years, with the right to order up to 180 per year, for a grand total quantity that may equal 744 ea. Packaging and packing shall be IAW the contactor’s best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Equipment will be shipped to Tobyhanna, PA. Award will be made by the lowest price submitted under the Reverse Auction technique. Solicitation release date on the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) is estimated to be O/A 17 March 2004. This is for informational purposes only.
