- PR-No.: RPE03349000604 NSN 1430-01-167-4832. Circuit Card Assembly. I/A/W U.S. ARMY (18876) DWG. 13161121, and all associated DWGS, Notice of Revisions. Total Basic Quantity 76 each: 48 EA to be delivered to W25G1U New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001; W62G2T 28 EA to be delivered to Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Required delivery quantities in full 388 days after date of award. Proposed procurement contains 100% option for increased quantities. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance Origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Full and Open competition applies. See note 26 and note 1. DSCC Form 239, Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Notice: There are no waived sources. The two (2) test units (TE) will be tested by Redstone Technical Test Center and retained by the government. DSCC-CSCC will advise the apparent low offer within 90 days whether the samples are acceptable or not. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
