- NSN 2530011859651. Tie Rod, Steering. Drawing Number 19207 12338622. Quantity 2300 each/ 9200 with option and increments. Unit of issue: EA. Destination information: 900 to Stockton, CA; 1400 to New Cumberland, PA. Delivery schedule: 2300 in 150 days, each additional 2300 in 30 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 9,12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 29 March 2004. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited: 1150 to 2300, 2301 to 4600, 4601 to 6900.
