All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 6 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. The 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for which Delivery Orders may be place for one (1) year. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period on or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. See Note(s): 1, 9, 12, 26.The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of April 5, 2004. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2520, 2530, and 4730. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
