Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Est Issue Date: 2 April 2004, Est Closing Date: 4 May 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is Configuration Control. Government FAT is required. Production Lot Test is required. This item is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 256 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The base year estimated annual quantity is 94 each. The estimated annual quantity for each of the option years is 36 each. A Technical Data Package is not available at DSCR for this NSN.
