- Multiple NSNs. Trak International, CAGE 3Y949, Resulting award will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Destination Inspection I/A/W QAP 001. FOB destination, This is a request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165, ATTN: Carol Butler, BG430. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do NOT submit request to DSCR-VABA. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Notes # 9 and 26 applies to this procurement. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue cited in the RFP.
