- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) through its Office of Business Development is implementing an opportunity for small businesses to provide training to 8(a) business owners and other 7(j) Eligibles. Awards may involve partial and/or multiple award. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS(s) "611710" Educational Consultants. The solicitaiton documentation is in final preparation and will be posted in FEDBIZOPPS within 5 business day. The proposal due date will be specified at that time. Do not request the RFP package either orally or in writing. You are encourage to register in the Interested Vendor List (IVL) which has been enabled. Summary Requirement - The purpose of this requirement is to provide one day training to seminar participants with a "real world" appreciation of how decisions made can determine whether your business becomes successful or becomes a failure.
