- Description
- Yearly contract for newsletters. Contract could be extended up to 4 additional years at the option of the government. Product is for approx. 9,600 copies of a 4, 8, or 12 page newsletter (most are 4 pages) printing in black ink only on 50-lb white Offset paper. Final size is 8-1/2 x 11. Product folds and collates but does not stitch. Copy will be transmitted directly to contractor's plant from a FTP site and no proofs are required. Fold approx. 9,100 copies to 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, seal the open end, and address 8,900 of them for mailing (remaining 200 folded copies do not mail). Contractor to mail the copies they label using reimburseable postage; remaining 200 folded copies and 500 flat copies delivers to Detroit, MI, at the contractor's expense. FAX REQUESTS FOR A BID PACKAGE TO 312-886-3163 (ONE BID PER FAX). ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
