Description

Military Sealift Command Headquarters intends to award a purchase order to Ascential Software, File Number 92127, PO Box 60000, San Francisco, CA 94160-2127 for the Ascential DataStage Premier Support software maintenance renewal agreement. Ascential Software is the only producer and distributor of its Ascential DataStage Software program. It is also the only authorized provider of maintenance services for this software. Therefore, only Ascential Software is capable of providing the updates, enhancements and technical support necessary to maintain the Ascential DataStage Software. Period of performance is from date of award through 30 September 2004 for Command, Control, Communication and Computer Systems Directorate, N6, Military Sealift Command Headquarters.
