- Air Force Research Laboratory, (AFRL/MLLMN ) solicits proposals researching life prediction and durability of aerospace materials. The purpose of the acquisition is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics and physics of damage accumulation and failure of aerospace materials under anticipated usage conditions.
