- Description
- Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing warehouse and office space for use by the Indian Health Service. The U.S Government currently leases approximately 38,000 rentable square feet (35,900 sf warehouse, 2,100 sf office), which is due to expire on May 31, 2004. Outside parking shall consist of 16 spaces for employees and 3 spaces for visitors. Loading dock must be located inside and be able to accommodate 3 tractor trailers with an exhaust system. Existing facilities will be considered if it is economically feasible to relocate. Alternate lease space should take into consideration the standard build-out costs along with anticipated moving and telecommunication costs to be incurred by the Government. Location: The site must be located within the Gallup City limits. Expressions of interest shall include: Offering entity’s name, address, telephone number and location of site no later than March 19, 2004. Responses other than the owner of record must include a letter of representation. Term: The space is required for 5 years, with the Government having the right to terminate after 3 years of occupancy. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of the General Services Administration.
