Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 15,608 rentable square feet yielding 13,572 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Orlando, Florida. Contiguous (same floor) space is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern tasteful design, in modern use or new construction. Secured parking for 5 vehicles must be available on site. An additional 25 parking spaces must be available within 2 blocks of the office. The space must also have 24 hours, 7 days a week security. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area within Orlando, Florida: NORTH: Livingston Street; SOUTH: Jackson Street; EAST: Magnolia Avenue; WEST: Garland Avenue. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before May 1, 2005. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
