- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 16,821 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area of first class, high-quality office space. A majority of the space must be located on the first floor. DELINEATED AREA: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: within a 10 mile radius of Mays Landing, NJ 08330. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest should be submitted by March 31, 2004 and must include: 1. Building Name and Address. 2. Available square footage and rental rate. 3. Current Floor plan of proposed space, if available. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
