Description

The announcement that appeared in the Fed Biz Ops, dated Jan 28, 2004 is changed as follows: The vendor must be capable of providing all line items requested. Multiple awards will not be made. The line item requirements are Vehicle Body Stakes, Center Stakes and Protective Caps M870 Series Military Trailers. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal received for all line items. A technically acceptable proposal is a proposal that provides documented evidence of man ufacture or supplying these items under previous contracts with the Government or private sources, and at the lowest aggregate price for all line items. Revised proposals are due within 13 days from the date of this amendment but not later than 4 PM (CT) 23 Mar 04.
