Description
NAVAIR Lakehurst intends to issue a modification to contract N68335-04-C-0077 for three items not included under the synopsis/solicitation N68335-04-R-0020 dated 20 November 2003. Contract N68335-04-C-0077 was awarded to Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training and Support, Orlando Florida. The required items are excess Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) production material that is pre-existing (not new material) and are considered commercial items. Items must be certified in Ready For Issue (RFI) condition and acceptable for maintenance under NAVAIR’s CASS Support Program (CSP) maintenance contract. The three items are in addition to the 13 excess CASS production material items already on contract. These items are as follows: (a) 0-100 VDC UUT PS, P/N 1896AS300-02 quantity of two each, (b) GPI Power Switch, P/N 1897AS159-01, quantity of one each and (c) GPI Low Frequency Switch, P/N 1897AS165-01, quantity of 16 each. The Government reserves the right to award at a lesser quantity than those stated. Multiple awards are possible. The items will be firm fixed priced (FFP). Delivery shall be no later than 30 days after contract award, FOB destination. Items are to be shipped to: Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando FL 32825. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. Addendum 52.212-2 para (a): Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items with their offer. All the terms and conditions of contract N68335-04-C-0077 apply. Offers are due by 3:00 p.m. EST March 23, 2004.
