- This notification is to modify a previous notice. The requirement is no longer sole source, it is now competitive. This procurement is still 100% set-aside for HubZone firms only. See Note 27. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors w ishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423. The North American Indus try Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 with a size standard of $6,000,000 million in average annual receipts. Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value basis and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price a nd Time and Materials Requirements Award to include a one-year base and four option years.
