- SYNOPSIS: Hazardous Material Response Units--THE SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION NUMBER HAVE BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY.(FFAP-T4-033936-N) The Government has a requirement for the procurement of two (2) Hazardous Materials Response Units. This requirement is for 2004 model year vehicle. These vehicles must be built in accordance with Federal Standard 307AG, dated July, 2003. The award will be a requirement type contract with one base year. Offers submitted must be in U.S. Dollars. The government will make an award to the lowest, responsive and responsible Offeror. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number is FFAP-T4-033936-N. Shipment is FOB Destination, 150 days after receipt of order (ARO). These vehicles must meet the Purchase Description in the Request for Proposal. For those seeking a copy of this Request for Proposal and the Purchase Description, they will be issued on or about 2/2/04, close on 2/27/04, and be available for downloading off of ?FedBizOpps? (EPS at:[http://www.eps.gov]). Paper copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be available. It must be downloaded at the ?FedBizOpps? Address stated above.
