- Deliver a program of instruction to spouses of US Army War College resident program students, staff and faculty. The period of performance is academic year 2005 with two options for 2006 and 2007. The place of performance is Carlisle Barracks PA. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded on a best value basis. Draft syllabus is required with proposals with final approval of syllabus required prior to delivery. No phone calls please.
