- The Program Protection Support of the Non-Line of Sight Launch System (NLOS-LS) Task Force will provide complex technical and analytical support for program, system security engineering, technology assessment/control, and anti-tamper. This proposed acquisition is restricted to the appproved source: Northrop Grumman Corporation, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Justification for other tham full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of suppli es or service will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible spurces may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be accepted.
